David Tessmann-Keys is the president of DDI, where he is responsible for developing and executing DDI’s global business strategy and leading all components of the company’s global operations across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. 

In addition, David has coupled DDI’s best practice leadership solutions with his wealth of experience in organizational development to inform his expertise in consulting with local and multi-national organizations in designing and executing leadership strategies spanning Australia, Asia, India, Latin America, Canada, Europe, and the U.S.; in providing executive coaching to senior executives from a diverse range of business backgrounds across the U.S., India, Europe, and the Middle East; in speaking around the world on a wide variety of leadership topics; and in contributing to numerous research publications.
